Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations and deliver a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist with merchandising, cleaning, stocking, and front-end duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of store areas, restrooms, and floors.
• Manage sales transactions and operate the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets while providing friendly customer interactions.
• Follow policies and cooperate with team members and leaders.
