Family Dollar Stores Of West Virginia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions at the cash register, maintaining cash security, stocking merchandise, and supporting unloading and replenishment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team.
• Other duties as assigned.
