Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of West Virginia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Monongah, WV store and provide a friendly shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload deliveries, and keep the store clean and safe while upholding our service standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or service industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with friendly interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
