Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Worcester, MA is looking for a Store Team Member who will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will be involved in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining in-store presentation to keep shelves in stock.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pick Up In Store, and assisting with safety and store recovery.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
