Michaels in Durham, NC seeks a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will assist with stocking, truck unloading, and planogram maintenance, engage customers with Rewards enrollments, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. This role emphasizes reliability, standing tolerance, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting to stock and merchandise

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store appearance through merchandise recovery and in-stock management
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally and uphold the store's vision and values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
