Michaels in San Clemente, CA is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, maintain planograms, enroll customers in rewards, and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and teamwork in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Handle cash and provide fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock shelves and merchandise recovery to ensure a well-merchandised store.
