Job summary

Michaels Stores in Durham, NC, seeks a customer-focused team member to help customers locate products and provide solutions. You will ensure fast checkouts, process cash handling to standards, and promote the Rewards program.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms, maintain stock levels, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Must be 16+ and able to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Employees must be at least sixteen years old in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and go-back processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance and standards.
• Promote a positive image and serve as a role model for team members.
