Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Washington, DC seeks a part-time Ambassador to welcome guests and guide them to retailers, dining, and local attractions. You will uphold a high standard of service and support property initiatives while maintaining the Guest Services Desk.

Responsibilities include proactive guest assistance, building retailer relationships, and staying informed about local trends to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with digital technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Comfort in approaching guests and working collaboratively, as we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, unless a reasonable accommodation has been granted.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and providing accurate directions to retailers, dining, and local attractions.
• Utilizing an "above and beyond" approach to assist guests and proactively support property initiatives.
• Maintaining the Guest Services Desk with updated maps, brochures, and event literature.
• Building strong relationships with retailers to support property programs and gift card sales.
• Keeping up-to-date with local trends, citywide events, and nearby attractions to better assist visitors.
