Job summary

JLL is looking for an Ambassador to greet guests at our Washington, DC retail center. You will guide visitors to retailers, dining options, and local attractions, delivering exceptional guest service and supporting property programs with a proactive, above-and-beyond approach.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with digital technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Comfort in approaching guests and working collaboratively, as we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and providing accurate directions to retailers, dining, and local attractions.
• Utilizing an "above and beyond" approach to assist guests and proactively support property initiatives.
• Maintaining the Guest Services Desk with updated maps, brochures, and event literature.
• Building strong relationships with retailers to support property programs and gift card sales.
• Keeping up-to-date with local trends, citywide events, and nearby attractions to better assist visitors.
