Job summary

JLL is seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to welcome guests at a retail center and deliver top-tier service. You will guide visitors, answer questions, and promote on-site services while maintaining guest materials and building relationships with partners.

The role demands strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive service mindset. Expected schedule includes 40 hours across five days with Saturday and Sunday availability; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail.
• Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort in approaching guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional customer service to all guests and visitors.
• Provide directions and recommendations regarding retailers, dining, and local attractions.
• Proactively assist guests with an above-and-beyond service approach.
• Maintain guest service materials, maps, and directories at the desk.
• Collaborate with retail partners to build on-site relationships.
