Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Boston, MA is seeking a part-time Concierge to deliver outstanding guest service at a retail center. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, and professional, with strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. Schedule: 16 hours per week, Sunday and Monday 10:00 AM – 6 PM.

Estimated total compensation: $23.00-$28.00 per hour. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Is comfortable approaching guests.
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office, Google Docs, digital technology.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Ability to listen and react quickly to guests’ and retailers’ requests in a genuine manner.
• 2+ years previous experience in hospitality, customer service or high‑end retail.
