Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for creating experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high guest service.
• Flexible, positive, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and employees warmly, assist with arrivals, departures, and orientations.
• Engage with occupants through site walks and proactive assistance.
• Serve as the local expert on area attractions, hotels, and events.
• Build connections across teams and with clients to resolve issues creatively.
• Be the main point of contact for campus information, wayfinding, and services.
• Coordinate with facilities teams to maintain a hospitality approach across services.
• Support meetings, receptions, and mail room operations where needed.
