Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Client Relations Supervisor for its home boutique in Bal Harbour, FL. The role focuses on driving retail sales and cultivating a strong clienteling culture in collaboration with the Boutique Director and regional teams.

You will oversee client initiatives before, during, and after service to ensure consistent follow-up with clients by stylists. Responsibilities include mentoring stylists, training on the Chloe Clienteling App and omnichannel tools, and achieving sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail.
• Experience with clienteling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals using appropriate sales techniques.
• Reach store targets monthly, weekly, and annually with the team.
• Increase average basket value (UPT, AVT).
• Develop cross-selling and leverage product knowledge.
• Identify potential partnerships to drive sales.
• Develop tools to support proactive business.
• Partner with corporate to develop outlet contact plans.
• CRM mentorship and onboarding trainings for new hires.
