Job summary

Chloe Stylist at Richemont's Bal Harbour boutique welcomes guests and acts as a trusted advisor, delivering a luxurious shopping experience. You will build long-term client relationships and participate in CRM initiatives to drive loyalty.

In this omnichannel role, you will collaborate with store teams, maintain an impeccable store environment, and support after-sales service while upholding Richemont policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term relationships
• Aware of CRM targets and engages to reach them
• Implements personalized outreach campaigns using clienteling tools
• Captures client data and notes qualitative information
• Knows portfolio of customers, VVICs and VICs they handle
• Offers excellent customer service and drives sales KPIs
• Uses omnichannel services to grow sales
• Aware of store and individual sales and KPIs targets and engages to reach them
• Completes trainings and participates in commercial activities
• Strives to achieve sales, KPIs and CRM targets
• Informs SM/ASM of store repairs to maintain a luxurious environment
• Assists after-sales clients and follows up for impeccable service
• Complies with Richemont policies and standards
• Supports colleagues and managers to maintain store environment
