Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium brands preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong networking and clienteling abilities to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term relationships with clients.
• Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and uses clienteling tools to meet CRM targets.
• Keeps detailed notes on client data and portfolio to tailor experiences.
• Understands and manages a portfolio of VVICs and VICs.
• Contributes to omnichannel sales growth and participates in trainings and commercial activities.
