Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a Client Relations Supervisor to drive retail sales and develop a strong clienteling culture. You will partner with the Boutique Director to plan initiatives for customers before, during, and after service, coordinating CRM, client development and events with the regional team.

The role requires at least 5 years in retail, experience with clienteling software, and a proven ability to meet sales targets, lead trainings, and nurture top clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail
• Experience with clienteling software preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets using effective sales techniques.
• Reach store targets monthly, weekly and yearly with the team.
• Increase average basket (UPT, AVT) and develop cross-selling.
• Lead client segmentation, retention and reactivation initiatives.
• Provide onboarding trainings on the Chloe Clienteling App and omnichannel tools.
• Support Stylists with best practices and action plans for outreach-to-appointment conversion, data collection, and client growth.
• Ensure stylists use Clientele daily and complete all assigned tasks.
• Build a proactive outreach plan with the corporate team.
