Michaels is hiring at our Falmouth, MA location to deliver friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. You will assist shoppers, locate products, and help them find solutions while processing cash transactions to standard.

You’ll engage customers with Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining attractive Merchandising and planograms, and participating in

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock store standards
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Interact positively with team members and role-model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
