Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Millbury, MA is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will also unload trucks, stock shelves, and support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role requires standing, walking, and frequent lifting, with work including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Stocking, truck unload, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Store in stock optimization and general store recovery duties.
