Job summary

Sazerac is expanding its U.S. Market Development team with Chains Market Development Representatives (MDRs). You will excel in high-volume merchandising, program execution, and upsell opportunities in major chain retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, or for new graduates, a sales internship or relevant role in consumer goods.
• A valid driver's license.
• Experience with major national retailers preferred; ability to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display programs in high-volume national accounts.
• Ensure planogram compliance and shelf standards; troubleshoot inventory issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailer contacts for brand visibility.
• Collaborate with distributor reps to execute national programs and promotions.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure promotional execution aligns with goals.
