• Promotes the sales process through referral management and outbound calling.
• Make recommendations to meet banking needs and cross-sell products and services.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications.
• Manage the lifecycle of relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Assist with daily sales activity through coaching and monitoring sales results.
• Coordinate operational duties: scheduling, directing, opening/closing the office, vault cash, policy adherence.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
• Support risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
