Qualifications

• High School or GED required.

• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales through referral management and leveraging leads.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Enter and maintain referral and customer data using branch technology.
• Manage daily sales activity through coaching and huddles and monitor results.
• Handle branch operations including scheduling, opening/closing, and vault cash.
• Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
• Comply with all policies and risk management procedures.
