Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 2+ years of related banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB-approved branch technology.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Assist with daily sales activity through branch staff coaching and pre-shift huddles; monitor sales results.
• Coordinate and complete operational duties: schedule work, direct staff, monitor workflow, maintain supplies, open/close office, manage vault cash, ensure policy compliance.
• Performs traditional teller transactions as needed.
• Other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Comply with risk management and regulatory requirements.
