Total Wine & More in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Supervisor to back the management team in growing the Total Wine brand through excellent service and store operations. You will lead the service team, support merchandising, and front-end operations while driving sales and KPIs.

The role emphasizes modeling extraordinary customer service, building a welcoming store atmosphere, and resolving customer issues while coaching peers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service.
• Supervise team members and support training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
