Job summary

First Federal Bank in Idaho’s Twin Falls area is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Trainer to develop, deliver, and maintain training for Retail Banking staff across on-site, virtual, and recorded formats.

You will oversee onboarding and promotions training, collaborate on system updates and product changes, and measure learning outcomes to ensure compliance with policies and service standards. A strong focus on engagement and practical outcomes is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience opening consumer and business accounts.
• Two (2) years of experience originating loans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, deliver, and maintain training for Retail Banking staff, including in-person, onsite, virtual, and recorded trainings.
• Oversee tracking of training completion for onboarding, promotions, and bank initiatives.
• Assist with projects related to retail training initiatives, including system updates, process improvements, and product changes.
• Coordinate with leadership and other bank departments on training initiatives, training gaps, and cross-functional alignment.
• Gather feedback from trainees and managers, as well as other departments, to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
• Assess learning outcomes through knowledge checks, observation, and other means.
• Ensure training aligns with company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
