First Federal Bank in Idaho seeks a customer-focused teller to provide exceptional service, handle deposits and withdrawals, and support daily branch operations. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, 2 years of customer service or cash handling experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to the bank’s core values—Driven, Dedicated, Engaged.

Formación

• Demonstrate the Bank’s core values: driven, dedicated, and engaged.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of combined customer service experience and/or cash handling experience.
• Valid driver’s license; some travel between branches may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in the retail banking environment and develop strong customer relationships to grow customer base and increase deposit account/service production.
• Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, currency orders, savings bonds, and gift cards).
• Perform vault duties including cash shipments and distribution of money to other PBs, cash recyclers and ATMs.
• Assist with outgoing wire transfer requests.
• Assist customers with opening and maintaining personal deposit accounts and services (checking, savings, IRAs, etc.).
• Refer customers to in-house financial experts and/or bank departments as appropriate.
• Represent and promote the bank professionally in the community and at events.
• Ensure duties are performed in compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies; other duties as assigned.
