First Bank is seeking a Corporate Trainer in Evansville, IN to design and deliver training on banking products, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service. You will conduct onboarding for new hires and refreshers for existing staff, ensuring content aligns with regulations and internal policies.

You will assess training effectiveness, tailor sessions to diverse learning styles, collaborate with branch managers, and maintain accurate training records for executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Education, or related field preferred.
• 3 years banking experience or related field.
• Certification in training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers training on banking products, sales techniques, compliance, customer service, core banking systems.
• Instructs on the integration of digital channels into the customer experience.
• Develops onboarding programs for new hires and refreshers for existing employees.
• Conducts needs analysis and identifies performance gaps across branches.
• Creates and updates training materials including Wiki pages and videos.
• Ensures training content complies with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Monitors and evaluates training effectiveness via assessments and metrics.
• Collaborates with branch managers to align learning with business goals.
• Maintains accurate training records and provides reports to Executive Management.
• Stays updated on products, compliance changes, fraud risk, and software.
• Tailors training style to different learning styles.
• Follows company policies and completes required compliance courses.
