First Farmers Bank & Trust in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Senior Retail Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences for our retail teams. You will onboard new hires, lead teller training, and support branch leaders to elevate service quality across the organization.

You will provide coaching to Personal Bankers and Retail Management, ensure awareness of policy updates, and create training materials while tracking program effectiveness.

Competenze

• Three or more years in banking with training experience or branch management.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, policy, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations.

Mansioni

• Facilitate comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Deliver teller training in classroom and branch settings with focus on advanced duties.
• Provide coaching to Personal Bankers and Retail Management and share procedural updates.
