Job summary

Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Retail Training Specialist to lead training initiatives across sales, service, operational procedures, products, and onboarding within the Retail Banking network and Virtual Banking Center.

You will deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand programs, support onboarding, maintain training materials, track participation, and travel to branches to reinforce performance, standards, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of retail banking experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the bank's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and on‑demand training for Retail Banking and Virtual Banking Center.
• Facilitate training on sales, customer service, operations, products, systems, and onboarding.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation training for newly hired employees.
• Assist with maintaining training materials and resources for accuracy.
