Job summary

Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a Training Specialist to support onboarding and ongoing education for all staff, ensuring knowledge to serve customers effectively and compliantly.

Under the Training Manager, you will update policies, develop reference materials, and coordinate training curricula to improve productivity across departments.

This role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and collaboration with vendors; some travel to industry schools may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Continuing education to maintain job knowledge is required.
• Three to five years of customer service experience is required.
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support onboarding training and education curriculum for new employees.
• Assist with refresher training to ensure knowledge and proficiency for customer service.
• Help design and develop training materials and schedule new and existing curricula.
• Support core system workflow management updates to standardize processes.
• Update and redevelop critical operation and lending resource materials.
• Develop procedures, guides, videos and webcasts for training and reference purposes.
• Maintain strong relationships with personnel and vendors for high-quality service.
• Prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Travel to trade and industry schools and seminars as needed.
