Kearny Bank is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales and client service training for Retail Banking teams. The role focuses on driving behavioral outcomes, consultative selling, and referral growth across locations.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, content development, and measuring training effectiveness to enhance client experience and revenue growth. Strong facilitation and LMS experience are highly valued for success in this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking and/or sales enablement and training required.
• Demonstrated success in sales and client experience roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience with an LMS strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and coach adults; assess skill gaps and improve needs‑based conversations.

• Design and deliver outbound sales and prospecting training programs for Retail Sales.
• Design and deliver client service and relationship growth training for branch staff.
• Align training programs with sales scorecards to support deposit growth and relationship expansion.
• Create and maintain training materials to reinforce product knowledge and processes.
• Develop structured training on prospecting, including community outreach and COI development.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing skill development, including needs discovery and coaching.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback.
