Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience typically required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer experience and counsels clients with needs-based financial solutions.
• Supports clients in-person or virtually and collaborates with branch team.
• Processes routine transactions accurately and in compliance with bank controls.
• Provides guidance on deposits, loans, and cash management products.
• Opens accounts and assists with service selections to meet client needs.
• May supervise Personal Bankers and participate in talent development.
