Job summary

BMO, a leading financial services provider, seeks a senior leader in Retail Banking Sales & Service to guide branches and regional teams. You will coach staff, drive customer conversations, and align sales and service to strategic goals.

You will develop market plans, foster client relationships, and ensure compliance while delivering profitable growth within a high-touch, regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Expert knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Licensing and registrations as applicable to activities and jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Guides, directs, and coaches employees to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Advises customers on products and strategies that meet their financial objectives.
• Develops, maintains, and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Reviews and monitors performance of accounts and client relationships; conducts cold calls for new business.
