Job summary

BMO is hiring a Senior Market Manager/Regional Manager to guide and coach branch teams in San Francisco, developing sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will advise clients on banking products and ensure compliance with applicable rules and policies.

You will lead market plans, drive referrals, and collaborate with colleagues across BMO to maximize branch revenues and wallet share, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

9+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
Previous supervisory or management experience.
Post-secondary degree in related field.
Expert knowledge of retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach branch teams to deliver exceptional service and sales results.
Develop and execute a market plan to achieve sales objectives and acquire new clients.
Identify referrals to other business groups and grow wallet share.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Build strong relationships with customers and centers of influence in the market.
Manage branch operations and execute national/regional sales initiatives.
