Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Expert knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Expert knowledge of branch operations, policies, and performance metrics.
• Licensing and regulatory requirements related to securities or insurance activities if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Guides, directs, and coaches employees to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects.
• Advises customers on products and strategies that meet their financial objectives.
• Develops and executes a market plan and branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
