Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a skilled banking professional to guide customers in selecting products and strategies that meet financial objectives. The role emphasizes referrals, branch planning, and strong customer relationships within a compliant operational framework.

You will engage in sales calls, network development, and community participation to drive growth while upholding BMO’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk controls.

Responsibilities

Advise customers on products and strategies to meet financial objectives.
Identify referrals to other business groups and drive sales and service activities.
Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
Conduct sales calls and build a personal referral network.
Maintain relationships with key customers and communities.
