Qualifications

• Typically between 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Knowledge of market trends in product offerings.
• Familiarity with branch operations, technologies, processes, and performance metrics.
• Regulatory, audit standards, and related policies and directives knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Conducts sales calls and builds a personal referral network.
• Probes to understand customer banking and credit card needs and integrates marketing programs.
• Maintains high-touch relationships with key branch customers and prospects.
• Collaborates with internal partners to meet customer experience and profitability goals.
