Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of referral sources to generate new business.
• Prospect consumers/businesses to grow deposits and treasury relationships.
• Cross-sell banking products by assessing client needs.
• Lead as primary relationship officer for deposit and treasury services.
• Coach and develop branch staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Ensure branch compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Support audits and coordinate with branch leadership.
• Oversee branch facilities and security in collaboration with the Security Officer.
