• Serve as the primary relationship officer for deposits and treasury management solutions.
• Manage a deposit portfolio with profitability, growth, risk management, and efficiency in mind.
• Resolve complex customer concerns and escalated service issues promptly.
• Assist with new account opening and maintenance while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Support branch operations and prepare for internal and external audits; address findings.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to improve performance and engagement.
• Partner with the Bank’s Security Officer on fraud prevention, cash handling controls, and workplace safety.
• Oversee facilities management to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
