Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales coaching
• 2+ years in a customer-facing banking role such as Branch Manager, Market Manager, or similar
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between branch locations

Responsibilities

• Coach Relationship Bankers through one-on-one and group sessions to improve sales and relationship-building skills
• Conduct in-branch observations and deliver real-time, actionable feedback to drive performance
• Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and create targeted development plans
• Partner with branch leaders to improve team effectiveness and achieve business goals
• Facilitate training sessions on sales techniques, products, and customer engagement
• Support consistent execution of sales processes and tools across branches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business strategies
