Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide warm, friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Cross-sell products by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable options.
• Handle deposits, payments, and cash handling with accuracy and compliance.
• Open/close savings and checking accounts, CDs, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes where applicable.
• Assist customers with ATM maintenance and safe deposit boxes as needed.
