Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions accurately and promptly to serve customers.
• Provide warm, courteous service and greet customers professionally.
• Cross-sell bank products by identifying needs and presenting solutions.
• Record deposits, loan payments, and other transactions in the system.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy per policy.
• Assist customers with opening/closing accounts and safe deposit boxes.
• Answer calls for follow-up, marketing, and sales purposes.
