Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• Excellent business communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, courteous service to customers and process bank transactions accurately and timely.
• Cross-sell bank products by identifying customer needs and following up as needed.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash daily per policies and procedures.
• Support teller operations including vault, ATM maintenance, and safe deposit processes as applicable.
• Handle customer phone calls for follow-ups, marketing, and sales purposes.
• Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
