Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide warm, friendly service and greet customers with eye contact and a smile
• Cross-sell products by identifying customer needs and following up as needed
• Open and close accounts (savings, checking, CDs, IRAs) and handle deposits/loan payments as required
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault operations and ATM maintenance
• Maintain customer information files and respond to phone inquiries for follow-up and sales purposes
