Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store, part of the CNG Holdings, Inc. family, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will supervise frontline staff, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while representing the brand in a professional manner. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Own transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership when unresolved.
• Answer inquiries and process general transactions and applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, and ensure accurate deposits.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and trainings.
• Complete compliance trainings in a timely manner.
