Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, and Cash Store are brands under CNG Holdings, Inc. We seek an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring regulatory excellence across the store.

You will educate customers on loan and cash services, handle cash responsibly, and support store operations while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Commitment to accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused core values.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office if unable to resolve with the customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries related to general questions, customer applications, requests, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and explain possible solutions to ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer, deposits, and cash handling.
• Balance receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process all transactions accurately per policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely acknowledgments.
• Other duties as assigned.
