CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who acts as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, regulatory excellence, and leadership within the store team.

The position requires strong communication, cash handling experience, travel within the district, and adherence to the company’s values and policies. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to management when needed and follow up.
• Answer inquiries by phone and in person.
• Perform outbound sales and courtesy calls per regulations and policies.
• Explain solutions and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Handle currency, cash drawer, deposits, and cash handling duties.
• Balance receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and process transactions accurately.
• Comply with regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
