You will manage daily operations, nurture relationships, and drive referrals while upholding bank policies and risk controls. This role emphasizes coaching staff, data quality, and accurate transaction processing to meet customer banking needs.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 2 years of related experience required.
• Licensure such as NMLS preferred and may be required.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products required.

Responsabilités

• Promote sales through referrals and leads within a retail branch.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Coach branch staff on prescribed sales activities and monitor results.
• Perform daily operational duties including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Execute customer transactions and convert to qualified sales or referrals.
• Adhere to FNB policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines.
• Support risk management and regulatory compliance across duties.
