Qualifications

• MS Word – Basic level; MS Excel – Intermediate; MS PowerPoint – Basic.

• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee branch sales and operations management.
• Lead origination and expansion of new to bank customers and coach the branch team.
• Manage daily branch activities and ensure effective operations of staff and facilities.
• Perform market and business development duties and cultivate high value customer relationships.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead HR responsibilities and ongoing education for the team; conduct daily sales meetings.
• Manage branch facilities to meet quality standards and safety requirements.
• Support risk management and contribute to project work as assigned.
