Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations and referrals.
• Provide service with accuracy in transaction processing, account opening, and compliance.
• Explain complex solutions in simple terms and support digital banking tools.
