Job summary

The role includes handling teller transactions, opening accounts, and explaining products and digital tools while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will engage customers, make referrals, and support branch goals with ownership and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
